Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities
- Creates component specifications and scout for proper components from vendors.
- Creates schematics, layouts and manages fast prototypes for testing.
- Creates test plans, conducts testing and creates reports on results.
- Works on electrical engineering projects and design changes to support manufacturing and participate to product enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and other cross-functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Some experience in designing hardware schematics and layouts.
- Understanding electronics laboratory work and related measurement devices.
- Understanding of analog electronics (human being is analog).
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- EU work permit.
- Willingness to learn design for long product lifecycle and maintenance.
- Willingness to learn medical standards for safety of physiological measurement and of EMC and ESD.
- Willing to learn fast prototyping and simulations.
- Some knowledge on microcontroller, power supply designs and on battery charging.
- Some knowledge on test automation tools and software (LabView, Python).
