Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

• Creates component specifications and scout for proper components from vendors.
• Creates schematics, layouts and manages fast prototypes for testing.
• Creates test plans, conducts testing and creates reports on results.
• Works on electrical engineering projects and design changes to support manufacturing and participate to product enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and other cross-functions.
  
  

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Some experience in designing hardware schematics and layouts.
• Understanding electronics laboratory work and related measurement devices.
• Understanding of analog electronics (human being is analog).
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• EU work permit.
  
  

Desired Characteristics

• Willingness to learn design for long product lifecycle and maintenance.
• Willingness to learn medical standards for safety of physiological measurement and of EMC and ESD.
• Willing to learn fast prototyping and simulations.
• Some knowledge on microcontroller, power supply designs and on battery charging.
• Some knowledge on test automation tools and software (LabView, Python).
