Responsibilities

Live Production Lead plays a key role in running day to day live production of Merge Mansion. You will lead the live production team and work together with marketing, product management and other relevant stakeholders to ensure our game operations are running smoothly. In practice, this means (at least) the following:

• Leading the live production team for Merge Mansion
• Managing scheduling and all communications, both internal and player facing, for game updates and server maintenances, making sure all relevant stakeholders are on the same page
• Defining our practices for live game operations to ensure quality and good player experience
• Increasing our technical capabilities to deliver new content for our players with minimal downtime
• Setting KPIs to track efficiency and quality of our live production
• Working closely with the tech team, QA, community management, and player support to identify and resolve live issues
• Supporting our product managers to prioritize the live roadmap from technical and capacity perspective
• Sourcing and managing external partnerships relevant to live operations

Requirements

Every role is eventually shaped to match our unique passions, backgrounds and strengths. Here are some of the key skills and experience you should already have when joining Metacore as a Live Production Lead:

• Several years of experience from mobile game development of which the most recent experience is as a producer or live operations manager
• Experience with people management, you excel in leading a cross functional team
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Good understanding of technical architecture for live operating a large scale mobile game
• Know-how of what game metrics best indicate good performance
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility. You have a knack for bringing clarity and structure to undefined workflows and processes
