In this truly global role, you will develop and implement Services strategy and support our business line management in strategy formulation as well as lead and support strategic projects.As our Manager, Strategy & Planning in Services you´ll be challenged by a wide range of projects and contribute to success in many areas of strategy development. You will report to the Vice President, Marketing, Communications and Strategy, Services. Position is located in Finland - in Tampere, Järvenpää or Jyväskylä.The position holder is responsible for



  • Development and co-ordination of Service strategy and annual planning processes
  • Managing and developing the Service strategy implementation and follow up process as well as supporting the strategy communication
  • Leading or participating in strategic initiatives and projects
  • Supporting Services Business Line management in strategy formulation
  • Supporting Services Business Units and functions in their strategy and annual plan preparation
  • Identifying and analyzing industry changes or strategic issues that affect the business environment
  • Producing market analysis and insights for the Services Business Line management team
To succeed in this role you have



  • Relevant educational background (Master’s degree in Econ. or Tech.)
  • At least 3 years of work experience from management consulting or relevant business development role
  • Strong analytical skills including relevant tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong collaboration skills to work in a matrix setup and ability to achieve results under pressure
  • Effective written and oral communications skills in English, and (preferably) in Finnish along with presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to steer own work with a high degree of independence
