As our business and partner network continues to experience very fast growth across the EMEA region, we are now looking for a Partner Marketing Manager for this region (preferably located in the UK or Finland).

As the Partner Marketing Manager for EMEA you will have overall responsibility for all regional partner marketing activities to support pipeline generation across the UK, Benelux, Central Europe, Middle East & Africa.

You will be part of our global Partner marketing team and work closely with our local Partner sales leads. Reporting into the Head of Global Partner Marketing, this role will be home based, but international travel will be required.

Your principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting the execution of marketing efforts by our channel Partners;
  • Participating in the development and implementation of channel marketing programs, campaigns and services;
  • Work in partnership with the local Partner sales team to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of programs.
  • Manage allocated budget within the agreed parameters.

Your Skills:

  • 5+ years B2B channel marketing experience; preferably for a SaaS vendor or Channel Partner.
  • Experience in channel marketing, digital marketing, events management, and communications.
  • Experience in working with shared marketing functions to optimise centrally produced campaign materials by tuning to local market needs.
  • Excellent writing, presenting and communication skills in English. Additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Highly motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well organised self-starter who is willing to take the initiative.
  • You understand the workings of information management business software as well as the process and compliance challenges that these solutions address.
  • You are an excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter and have a proven track record of managing the relationships with 3rd party vendors and contractors.
  • You are a confident team player with an entrepreneurial, "do what it takes" attitude, able to work independently and "own" your role in helping us conquer the universe.
  • You uphold high work ethics and understand the aspects of marketing in an international and culturally diverse environment, and you are willing to travel.
  • Your skill set includes a firm understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, able to guide and advise our partners, as well as content development skills, such as customer case studies, presentations, articles and blog posts. Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), webinar platforms and design tools like Illustrator and InDesign are a strong plus.
