Through the Customer Portal we build and promote unified digital customer experience across our businesses, enhance existing customer interface operations and create new business opportunities to us. To put it in the nutshell, the Valmet Customer Portal is our personalized workspace that gives our customers easy access to all their digital services.We are now hiring a Product manager, Valmet Customer Portal to boost the digital service mindset in our operations. In this role, you will work closely with our area people and agreement teams in promoting and productizing the best practices to serve our customers. Role consists of working with our customers and building internal awareness and drive change management to make customer portal an elementary part of our daily businessWhat we expect from you?



  • Relevant university degree
  • Good understanding and experience in business development and the changes enabled by digitalization
  • Capabilities to work in a matrix in global organization
  • Ability to drive changes and lead the implementation of development plans different cultures
  • Fluent in English and Finnish
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
