We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist at ABB Oy, Smart Buildings division. The location for the position can be in Helsinki, Vaasa, Tampere or Porvoo. In this role your main responsibility is to provide technical customer service and support for customers and sales team and find optimal solutions to meet customers’ need. Participation and planning of customer trainings are integral part of this role.

Your responsibilities

• Providing technical support for Smart Buildings division sales and clients in Finland
• Your main responsibility products will be DIN-rail modular portfolio such as miniature circuit breakers, residual current devices, surge protection devices
• Aiding and supporting customers and sales in technical support related tasks as well as supporting in finding optimal solutions to meet customers’ needs
• Maintaining and developing communication towards global technical sales support teams
• Developing and organizing customer trainings
• Using your knowledge of customer needs to provide effective solutions to customers’ needs based on ABB’s solutions
  

Your background

• Suitable technical education, i.e. B. Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical engineering or electrical technician
• More than 2 years of experience in electrical branch
• Native level in written and spoken Finnish language and fluent written and spoken English
• Knowhow of key customer segments i.e. wholesalers, specifiers, panel builders and installers
• A collaborative, solution-focused way of working, as well as comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Earlier work experience within technical support, training or electrical installations is beneficial
• Knowhow within product offering of ABB Electrification business area i.e. intelligent building solutions, Breakers, Switches, Fusegear, as well as motor starting and protection is an advantage
